Jacob Clark is a Vice President at Sorenson Capital and has been with the firm since 2018. Jacob is passionate about supporting and collaborating with great entrepreneurs looking to make a positive impact in the world through technology. He believes that investing in companies is just as much about the time and resources provided as it is about the capital invested, and is deeply committed to the success of the companies and entrepreneurs he is fortunate enough to partner with.
Prior to joining Sorenson Capital, Jacob was an Investment Banker at BMO Capital Markets where he provided M&A advisory and leverage finance services to middle-market companies across a number of industries, including technology, healthcare, and industrials.
Jacob graduated with honors from The University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, where he now sits on the Eccles School of Business Alumni Board. Outside of work, Jacob is an avid tennis player, skier, mountaineer, and trail runner.
