Ben Rathi is an Investor at Sorenson Capital, where he’s responsible for sourcing new investments, executing deals, and supporting portfolio companies. His current areas of focus are software and healthcare. Ben loves meeting entrepreneurs, management teams, and investors and is humbled and excited by the opportunity to support people building the future.
Prior to joining Sorenson, Ben was a Product Operations Manager at Nuro.ai, a $3B autonomous vehicle startup focused on local-goods delivery. In his role, he launched partnerships and pilots, authored patents, served as a product manager to drive the design of robotics hardware and marketplace software. Prior to Nuro.ai, Ben was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he advised technology, healthcare, and investment firms on a broad range of business strategy issues.
Ben graduated from the University of Michigan with a BS in Computer Science and BBA in Finance, with High Honors. He is on the Board of Directors of Blueprints For Pangaea, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that reallocates unused medical supplies. Outside of work, Ben enjoys intense exercise, podcasts, mentoring others, and exploring new technologies.
