Prior to joining Sorenson Capital in 2009, Mr. Gardner was a Senior Associate with CBIZ/Mayer Hoffman McCann, a national public accounting and consulting firm. At CBIZ, Mr. Gardner served clients in the hospitality, professional services, environmental waste, software, retail and manufacturing industries. Projects called for his participation in both audit and tax engagement services, as well as various consulting projects.
In addition, Mr. Gardner is a founder of a company specializing in treatment and therapy for children with autism and other developmental disorders and serves on its board.
Mr. Gardner received a Master of Business Administration degree from Brigham Young University with an emphasis in finance, strategy and entrepreneurship. He also holds a Masters of Accountancy and a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Mr. Gardner is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado.
