Prior to joining Sorenson Capital in 2008, Ms. Robbins was a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young. At Ernst & Young, Ms. Robbins specialized in providing financial due diligence services to private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies. She advised on over 45 transactions including buyouts, carve-outs, roll-ups and private investments in public entities with purchase prices ranging from $75.0 million to over $5.0 billion. Additionally, Ms. Robbins analyzed financial and operational results of target companies through review of financial records and interviews with senior management, including finance, operations, human resources and marketing disciplines.

Ms. Robbins received a Master of Business Administration, as an Eccles fellow, and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah.
