Fraser Bullock

As a co-founding managing partner for the firm, Fraser Bullock helped establish Sorenson Capital’s identity, culture, and strategic direction. He enjoys mentoring a broad array of executives and entrepreneurs, offering guidance in product leadership, markets, and strategy. His ski networking group is a testimony to Fraser’s desire to connect with people while appreciating life along the way (Max speed of 79.9 mph!). Fraser has led investments in many industry segments, but has seen particular success in technology. Fraser led the investment in Omniture, resulting in a $1.8 billion acquisition by Adobe. Fraser was also inducted into the Utah Technology Council Hall of Fame, reflecting his deep connection to the technology community in Utah.

Bio

Prior to Sorenson, Fraser was COO and CFO of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, widely recognized as one of the most successful and best-organized in history. Fraser originally joined the Committee in 1999; he directed Games operations and was instrumental in generating a $100 million profit.

Fraser was also an original partner of Bain Capital, and a manager at Bain & Company. He also founded Alpine Consolidated, where he served as managing director until he co-founded Sorenson Capital in 2002.

Fraser received an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Brigham Young University.
