Prior to joining Sorenson Capital, Mr. Bowers worked as a Program Manager and Consultant for Raytheon Company in Boston. As an operating manager, Mr. Bowers developed and managed programs in energy, medical, and government areas. He also managed company-wide technology and supplier rationalization programs. As a consultant, Mr. Bowers helped various clients develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes and to enhance profitability. His clients included Dell Computer, Agilent Technologies, ADM, Raytheon Aircraft, Kearfott, and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. He also consulted with government agencies in Panama and Costa Rica.
Brian is a Fellow in the Leaders for Manufacturing program at MIT, where he earned Masters of Science degrees in Management, with a focus on operations strategy and finance, and in Engineering. Mr. Bowers received his Bachelor of Science in Statistics with honors from Brigham Young University.
