Prior to joining Sorenson Capital, Mr. Dowdle worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of BMO Capital Markets in Chicago where he focused on the Consumer and Leisure industries. Mr. Dowdle's experience encompasses working with senior management teams in the origination and execution of an array of corporate finance assignments, including advising on Mergers and Acquisitions, strategic alternatives, high dividend common share offerings, performing in-depth valuation analysis, conducting due diligence, and preparing management and board presentations. Prior to BMO, Mr. Dowdle was a member of Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services Practice where he focused on performing buy-side financial due diligence for financial sponsors.
Mr. Dowdle graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a licensed C.P.A in New York State.
