LUKE SORENSON

Mr. Sorenson has served in a variety of industries and functions through the Sorenson Companies. Most recently, Mr. Sorenson served as the Director of Business Development at Sorenson Media, a Salt Lake City-based provider of video compression and services. In this capacity, Mr. Sorenson was responsible for all strategic investments and for identifying and consummating strategic relationships. Prior to joining Sorenson Media, Mr. Sorenson served as a vice president for the Sorenson Real Estate Division. In this role, Mr. Sorenson had responsibility for the entitlement, sales, marketing, customer and strategic relationships for an asset portfolio of approximately 100,000 acres. Mr. Sorenson has also served as a director for Microject, a medical device company, and as an advisory board member for the University Venture Fund, a student-run venture fund affiliated with the University of Utah. Mr. Sorenson received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
