Prior to joining Sorenson Capital at its onset, Mr. Toone was an Associate with Bain Capital, LLC in the Boston and London offices from 1999 to 2002. Selected transactions closed while with Bain Capital include: Shoppers Drug Mart (Pharmaceutical Retail, Canada); Broder Bros. (Distribution of Imprintable Activewear, USA); and Feve (Chemicals, France). While with the firm, Mr. Toone also analyzed prospective acquisitions and investments in the consumer goods, chemicals, packaging, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, logistics and distribution, and consumer retail industries.
Mr. Toone has also worked as a Strategic Management Consultant with Bain & Company in Dallas, Texas and Sydney, Australia. Selected strategic consulting experience includes: Airlines, Automotive, Private Equity, Retail and Consumer Goods. Mr. Toone received a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University. |
