Sorenson Capital Promotes Two Senior Associates to Principal

SALT LAKE CITY, UT (July 17, 2006)—Sorenson Capital today announced the promotions of Rhett Neuenschwander and Luke Sorenson from senior associate to principal.

Prior to joining Sorenson Capital, Rhett Neuenschwander was an associate at Highland Capital Partners, and an analyst at Goldman Sachs. He received a master’s in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Rhett Neuenschwander earned a bachelor’s in economics and bachelor’s in psychology, summa cum laude, at Brigham Young University where he was valedictorian.

Most recently, Luke Sorenson served as the director of business development at Sorenson Media, a provider of video compression products, and before that he was vice president of Sorenson Real Estate. Luke Sorenson received a master’s in business administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s in accounting from Brigham Young University.

Promotion from senior associate to principal means that Rhett Neuenschwander and Luke Sorenson will take lead roles in making and monitoring investments, including sourcing, due diligence, financing and negotiations.
